NO FEES/COMMISSIONS

There are no charges for: setting up contracts, taking inventory or introducing tenants. We also do not have any upfront commission fees, inventory fees or 'hidden’ extra charges in any of our services.



GUARANTEED RENTAL SCHEME

When your property is vacant or the tenant fails to pay us their rent on time, or at all, we will cover the cost. So you can rest assured that you receive all your rent money on the agreed day of every month for the duration of the contract.
