We will take any property into consideration however, at Smart Rent we need to ensure you are fully aware of your legal obligations on becoming a landlord. We require properties under the scheme to have the following: valid Electrical Safety Report, valid Gas Safety Certificate if required and a current EPC.
We offer a free valuation before signing a fixed period lease. The rental price will depend on the state of the property; it’s London location and the size of your property i.e. the number of bedrooms and reception rooms it has. We will evaluate your property and provide you with a very competitive market price.
Your property must be in a habitable condition before the lease is signed. After evaluation, we will advise you on whether your property is suitable or whether you need to carry out any repairs or maintenance work first.
